Reconnect, or stay fractured.
Disconnecting from nature will always fracture a missing link to our overall vitality — leading our bodies to never function at their highest capacity if there's no relationship with our home, and the resources needed for not just survival but thriving. We'll always just not quite feel right, for some reason.
Fasting and praying in our home, with all that's provided, will cure anything you've got going on. Drinking fresh, crystallized mineral-rich water straight off a structured waterfall spring, chilling by fires, getting fit and strong by moving the earth around to what feels right — not much can be better for you.
I personally love connecting that way, and all my traumas and aches vanish while doing it. I'm definitely still a smidge disconnected from nature's network — soon we'll be immersing ourselves in the abundance of life. Still learning how everything benefits the ecosystem, so I don't accidentally mess with a bug that's doing way more for an area than my tunnel-visioned personal desires can see.
I see myself as the perfect creation to co-exist and create with nature. I spread seeds all over the place without even trying — eat things with seeds, poop seeds wherever, and boom, more of what I enjoy consuming grows. Seeds stuck in my hair, my beard — shake a little, comb a little, and boom, abundance just follows me. Also, pee is powerful for so many things, if your body's consuming the right things.
If you don't see how cool we are, and how cool this world is without the weirdos — you're kind of a bitch, honestly.
The perfect diet — I'm not 100% there, because our bodies adapt so well. I'll spend my life researching what it could be, but ideally: seeds, grains, nuts, herbs, fruits, hunting and fishing seem good. Mushrooms are awesome. There are species in the forest I'm pretty sure carry stem cells that could lengthen life by a lot — but the same thing might kill you, so I don't know yet. Need a proper setup before testing theories like that. Not much is written on certain plants and trees that most people don't even know exist.
And then there's the technology side of healing — I think we're extremely close to a device that merges PEMF, light therapy, and oxygen, paired with the right elixir. After a session, a lot of the cells should be restored — aging gracefully the way we're actually built to, not like industrial-era folks.
Shake your body, or stim, to release what you shouldn't be holding onto — flapping your legs, arms, hands, whatever, feels mad good. You can hum or buzz, vibrating your teeth and bones, to activate whatever's in you at any healing frequency you can personally reach with proper training.
